Welcome to our beginner Jazz course. This week we are focusing on traveling steps. This course is based on the Matt Mattox Technique. In our two previous courses, we covered Isolation of the head, shoulders, ribs, and hips and basic technique - Plies, Tendus, Arm Coordination, Preparation for Flick Kicks and Box Kicks This course teaches the fundamentals of Travelling Jazz Steps 1. Foot Warm-Up 2. Pas De Bourees and Turning Pas De Bourees 3. Ball Change Exercise 4. Triplets 5. Hop Slide 6. Turning Tuck Jump Be sure to complete each tutorial.
