This year, I’m choosing to let go. Not in a dramatic, burn-it-all-down way. And definitely not with judgment. I’ve bought every single one of the things I’m sharing in this video. I’m just not buying them anymore, for now. In this video, I talk through what I’m intentionally letting go of this year and why. Things that once made sense, felt helpful, or gave me a little hit of comfort, but over time started to add weight instead of value. This isn’t a no-buy challenge. It’s not about rules, restriction, or being “good” at minimalism. It’s about noticing patterns, being honest with yourself, and choosing what actually supports the life you want to live right now. We talk about emotional spending, aspirational clutter, habits that quietly drain energy, and how letting go can create more space in your home and in your head.
