How to make micheladas Mexican style - Mexican Michelada recipe with Clamato - Michelada recipe with Chamoy Micheladas are the ultimate refreshing drink. This is the recipe we make at our restaurant. People love it. We are going to use clamato, tajin and chamoy for this recipe. These are all Mexican ingredients that you will find at Latin American grocery stores. Clamato is a tomato juice with clam broth and spices in it. It comes in regular and spicy. I used spicy for this recipe. However, if you cannot find Clamato you can use tomato juice. It will work fine. Purchase Clamato here - https://amzn.to/3bBAHkl Chamoy is a sauce made from pickled fruit. It is salty, sweet, sour and tangy all at once. Don't worry if you can't find it. Your Michelada will be delicious anyway. But, if you can find it, do yourself a favor and add it to your drink. Purchase Chamoy here - https://amzn.to/2LxhgOZ Tajin is a mixture of dried and crushed chillies, lime and salt. I love it on fruit, avocado and in my Michelada. Heck, I even love it on scrambled eggs! We are going to rim the glass with Tajin and add a little into the mix. Enjoy!
