Kabab Masala Fry: Ingredients: Seekh kabab 1 packet Ingredients for Masala : Oil ½ cup Mustard seeds ½ tsp Nigella seeds ½ tsp Cumin ½ tsp Chopped tomatoes (blanched) 4 Chopped onion 1 cup Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Red chili 1 tbsp Garam masala 1 tbsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Chopped green chilies 3 Mint (chopped) 3 tbsp Green coriander 3 tbsp Method: For making masala heat oil then add cumin ,mustard seeds and Nigella seeds then fry for 1 minutes .now add onion and further fry for 5 minutes .after this ginger ,garlic paste ,chopped tomatoes ,red chili ,salt and garam masala add and cook till than gravy thick .now add fried seekh kabab and mix .finally add mint ,coriander ,green chili and lemon juice mix and serve .
