Parkour For Schools is a dedicated training programme for physical education teachers at all school levels. The programme is the result of more than ten years of parkour instruction in schools by our coaching teams across the world, and trains, supports and guides PE teachers in their activation of parkour within a school physical education curriculum setting. The programme begins with an Introductory Day, often occurring within the INSET days in UK schools, which includes a day's instruction, lesson plans and starter resources. This can then be followed up with our more extensive annual support programmes to help PE Staff bring parkour to their pupils. This film grants an exclusive insight into a course delivered to the trainee physical education teachers at St Mary's University, Twickenham, lead by Parkour For Schools Tutors Chris Grant and Chris Keighley.
