These meat Buns has samosa meat, boiled eggs, shredded carrots and boiled potato , it freezes very well. It’s perfect for children’s lunch box. Make salad on the side and take it to work. You can make vegetable stuffing if you are vegetarian. I used my INSTANT POT to steam my eggs and potatoes. It only takes 8 minutes. INGREDIENTS: 2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp yeast 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 2 tbsp butter 3/4 cup warm milk 1 egg MEAT STUFFING Samosa meat recipe (see link below how I made samosa meat in my previous video) 1/4 cup shredded carrots 2 boiled eggs I boiled potato TO MAKE DOUGH In a bowl or stand mixer add yeast, sugar, half cup milk cover and let it ferment for 5 minutes. Then add flour, salt, eggs, butter and the remaining of the milk and make a smooth dough using your hands or mixer. The softer the dough the softer the buns will be. FOR STUFFING: Take a pan on medium high heat add one tbsp oil, when hot add 1 tsp garlic paste, and shredded carrots, sauté for a minute then add prepared samosa meat. Then add chopped boiled eggs and potatoes, taste and add salt and pepper. Finally add handful coriander leaves. Let it cool completely.
