I'd love to help you achieve your health goals- if you're ready to feel amazing and regain your energy let's chat! http://bit.ly/2Ok7yhb ☀️ THUMBS UP & SUBSCRIBE for new videos like this every WEEK! http://bit.ly/2GEpcrj 🍋 Lemon Ginger Tonic 🍋 INGREDIENTS 4 cups water 2 lemons 1.5 thumb-sized piece ginger ASSEMBLE Bring water to a boil Juice lemons and add liquid to a blender Add ginger root to blender with lemon and 1/2 cup of boiled water Blend until mixture is thoroughly combined Pour through a tea strainer Combine with the rest of the boiled water and enjoy Makes two full servings 🍓 Warm Chia Pudding 🍓 INGREDIENTS 1 cup coconut milk 1/3 cup chia seeds 1/4 cup ground flax 1/4 hemp seeds Dash of Celtic salt Dash of cinnamon, cardamom (optional) ASSEMBLE Heat milk in a small saucepan Add in all ingredients, stir Allow to simmer for about 3-5 mins, stirring occasionally, until pudding consistency is formed Add any toppings of choice, I like coconut yogurt, frozen wild blueberries, nut butter, and raw pumpkin seeds 🥗 Cranberry Chicken Salad 🥗 INGREDIENTS 2 cups chicken breast, shredded 1/2 red onion, diced 1/3 cup celery, diced 1/2 cup carrots, diced 1 cup purple cabbage 1/4 cup cranberries 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt 1/2-3/4 avocado, mashed 2 tbsp dijon mustard 2 tsp curry powder 1 tsp onion powder Salt & pepper to taste Splash of lemon juice ASSEMBLE Chop all veggies and cranberries. Combine with shredded chicken in a larger bowl. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, avocado, dijon, and spices.
