This what we was waiting for. Palestinian Dish which very close to my Heart Named by Makloubah Lamb can be eaten with Arabic Salat. To Bring the flavour to the next level we use Enrico's Ghee to cook the lamb. Recipes and Ingredient as following . Ingredients For the lamb 1- Lamb Should / Chicken / Beef 2.2 Kg 2- Onion Diced 2 Numbers 3- Clean Whole Garlic 18 Number 4- Chef Ammar Makloubah Spices 3 1/2 Tablespoons 5- Enrico's Ghee 2-3 Tablespoons 6- Salt 2 Tablespoon 7- Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon 8- Water 3-4 Litter Ingredients for the Rice Makloubah (UP SIDE DOWN RICE) 1- Chef Ammar Basmati Rice 1 kg WashThe Basmati Rice 3 times and sock it for 3- 45 minutes make sure u change the water twice 2- 1/2 Cooked Potato 500 Grams 3- 1/2 Cooked Carrot 500 Grams 4- 1/2 Cooked Cauliflower 500 Grams 5- Season with Salt 1 Tablespoon Please see my Video for the Method.
