This 30 Minute Upper Body Workout was a burner but super effective upper body workout! We start off with a shoulder circuit then move on to a chest and back workout and lastly we have a bicep and triceps circuit. I am using 8lbs, 10lb, and 15lb dumbbells but pic weights that work for you! We are working for 90 seconds and counting in ladder style as high as we can go in reps during each exercise and we will have 30 seconds rest between each exercise!
