Diwali Recipes - Baked Multiflour Chakli | Baked Chakli Recipe | Baked Multiflour Chakli Sticks Baked Multiflour Chakli Sticks - How To Make Multiflour Chakli Ingredient 1/4 cup ragi (nachni ) flour 1/2 cup jowar flour 1/2 cup wheat flour 1/2 tsp roasted and coarsely crushed cumin seeds 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp black sesame seeds 2 tsp melted ghee 1/2 tsp salt Method Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using 7 to 8 tbsp water. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Put 1 portion of the dough into a chakli press and press out sraight sticks of 4" size of the dough onto a baking tray lined with butter paper. You will get 30 sticks in all. Bake all the chaklis in a pre-heated oven at 180°c for 15 minutes, turn them over and bake them at 200°C again for 20 minutes. Check whether the sticks are crispy, if found soft, bake them again at 200°C for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool completely. Serve or store in an air-tight container and use as required.
