This is an easy and delicious recipe for Peanut Butter cookies or more commonly called "Peanut Butter Blossoms". Prep Time: ~20 mins Cook Time: ~12 minutes Servings: ~12 Medium Sized Cookies Level: Beginner Ingredients 120g (1/2 cup) Room Temperature Butter 120g (1/2 cup) Smooth or Crunchy Peanut Butter 100g (1/2 cup) White Sugar -100g (1/2 cup) Light Brown Sugar 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract -1 tsp Baking Soda 230g (1 3/4 cups) All-Purpose Flour 1 Large Egg ~12-25 Hershey’s Kisses (Coating) ~100g(1/2 cup) White Sugar Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 190C (375F) 2. In a large bowl add in your butter, peanut butter, and white and brown sugars together until pale and super creamy. Then, add in your egg and vanilla and beat until combined. Then mix in your baking soda, and salt. 3. Lastly, mix in your flour in 2 batches, mixing well after each addition. 4. Roll about 1.5 tablespoons of dough into smooth balls and place on a pan lined with parchment paper. Continue with the remaining dough. Next, roll your dough balls in the white sugar until fully coated and continue with remaining balls. 5. for about 8-10 mins or until slightly starting to brown on edges. Then remove from oven and place an unwrapped Hershey kiss in the middle of the cookie. Continue with remaining cookies and then return it to the oven and bake for an additional two minutes. 6.
