Please watch: "Ching's Paneer Chilli Recipe" • Ching's Paneer Chilli Recipe | Chinese Rec... -~- Motichoor Laddu / Ladoo Recipe are famous Indian sweets/desserts served to guests during Diwali Festival and mostly during Weddings, they are also popular as sweets offered to God Motichur Laddu / Ladoo Recipe Ingredients 02 Cup Besan (300 gms) 100 ml Milk Pinch of Orange Colour Pinch of Yellow Colour 250 ml Water 500 ml Desi Ghee 01 Cup Sugar (150 gm) 1&1/2 Cup Water for Sugar Syrup (225 ml) 03 Drops Rose Water 1/6 Lemon Juice Slice 1/4 tbl Spoon Muskmelon Seeds 1/4 tbl Spoon Pistachio (Blanched) Motichur Laddu / Ladoo Recipe Cooking Instructions 1) Add Besan (Gram Flour) to a bowl along with Milk which has been mixed with Orange and Yellow colours, and whisk, keep adding water gradually whisking in the meanwhile avoiding lumps, to create a thin consistency batter preparing Motichoor Laddu / Ladoo 2) To a wide pan add Desi Ghee and when it's just enough hot, reduce the flame to low and using a Jharra or a funneled sieve pass the Besan mixture through as droplets over the hot pan in the desi ghee to create granular pearl like boondi, cook it only for 15 seconds. 3) Once you've retrieved all the motis keep them aside and let them cool down until they release all the excess desi ghee. 4) for preparing the sugar syrup, to another pan, add sugar and water, while you cook it at a medium flame, keep stirring until the sugar dissolves into water and the moment it dissolves add rose essence and lemon, add just 1/6th slice of lemon juice inorder to avoid crystallization of sugar syrup. 5) The motis (pearls) that you had kept aside at step 3), add them to this sugar syrup now and cook for 1-2 minutes, put off the flame and let this motichoor laddu / ladoo recipe mixture cool down and come to room temperature. 6) now by placing enough mixture in your hand, rotate it using your fist and fingers in clock-wise direction, until you receive your desired round shaped motichur laddu's / ladoo's. 7) garnish the motichur laddu's / ladoo's with blanched pistachio's (unsalted), serve your family and friends, enjoy :) YouTube Link : / guruscooking Facebook Page : / guruscooking Website Url : http://www.GurusCooking.in
