San Diego Real Estate Market Update [07/17/2020]

The past week has been a pretty drastic decline amid the re-closures and quarantine mandates. Buyers have been struggling to find the right home and when they do, it's even harder to secure that home. With the lowest inventory, San Diego has easily seen in the last 15 years, it's the biggest seller's market we have seen. I pulled the numbers for the second week of July and compared them to the second week of June to show the drastic change. There are some pretty astounding pieces of data to look at and I go over it all in an easy to digest video on my youtube page here. Tell me what you think! We don't have a crystal ball so nobody actually knows the future but this data is unequivocally pushing our market into a drastic increase.
