We tested different filaments—ranging from everyday PLA to high-performance materials like PEEK, PEI, and PPS. Each filament was pushed to its limits to ensure strength, stability, and precision in real-world applications. The test suite included hardness tests, hook load tests, bending tests, and long-term creep tests to assess deformation under sustained stress over time. All PEEK filament prints were annealed before mechanical testing—except for the impact test, where we specifically used non-annealed PEEK to evaluate raw material resilience under sudden force.
