Silicone baking mats: https://amzn.to/3fHQ8GD Whole Wheat Flour: https://amzn.to/3d79R0B 🌱 Vegan Sourdough Crackers Recipe: 200g sourdough starter discard (straight from the fridge is fine!) 40g olive oil 120g whole wheat flour 1/4 teaspoon salt (1/4 teaspoon more if not using any other seasoning) 2-3 teaspoons seasoning of your choice! (I like herbs de Provence blend or everything but the bagel seasoning)* Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 350F for 24 mins (turning the pan halfway through) *After testing this a few times, I found it's best to mix the seasonings directly into the dough instead of trying to sprinkle anything on top. 🔺 Recipe adapted from: https://www.sourdoughandolives.com/re...
