今年最初のフィリピン戦跡ツアー＆戦没者慰霊碑巡り&昆虫採集でルバング島へ初上陸！ 大東亜戦争末期1944年に情報収集と諜報活動の任務の為にフィリピンのルバング島に送り込まれた大日本帝国陸軍小野田寛郎少尉は、終戦を信じず、任務解除の命を受けられないまま、戦後29年間にわたってルバング島で孤独な戦いを展開していましたが、1974年にマルコス大統領の恩赦により無事にルバング島から生還出来ました。 今回は、終戦後の小野田寛郎少尉の足跡を辿るべく、ルバング島のオノダトレイルと洞窟を探索してきました。 小野田少尉の戦友でもある小塚金七一等兵と、彼等によって犠牲になられた島民の方々に手を合わせてきました。🙏 歴史×観光×昆虫×フィリピン Our first tour of the year, and our first landing on Lubang Island, Occidental Mindoro! In 1944, at the end of the Greater East Asia War, Second Lieutenant Hiroo Onoda of the Imperial Japanese Army was sent to Lubang Island in the Philippines on an intelligence gathering and espionage mission. He did not believe in the end of the war and could not receive orders to deactivate his mission, and for 29 years after the war, he was fighting a lonely battle on the island of Lubang. In 1974, he was pardoned by President Marcos and returned safely from Lubang Island. This time, we have been exploring the Onoda Trail and Cave to follow in the footsteps of Second Lieutenant Onoda Hiroo. Near the place where Second Lt.
