There is a love so pure and total that is waiting to embrace us all. It wants nothing from us and does not need us to change. It does not see us as unworthy or unready. HH: There is no separate being, who do these karmic patterns belong to? there are no patterns left when you see there’s no separate self they belong to 37:41 Q2: There has been so much bliss and euphoria these days that almost frightens me and I think it can’t last HH In me there was a voice that wouldn’t let myself be loved so much, and wouldn’t allow it fully. Then just surrendering into this love, not wanting to guard myself more from it. I wanted to see how much I could love myself just by talking to myself nicer each day, and within 30 days I was just kind of swimming around in bliss. 45:48 Q3: I can feel this love and there’s a strong fear HH The mind is scared to be dissolved. For me, the only thing that died in the process was my ability to believe that this separate sense of this mind and body was all I was. There was a recognition this love had always included my egoic sense of self to be exactly as it was. The mind works in duality, it thinks it has to be one or the other hence this massive fear, if I embrace the real Self I’m gonna lose everything, it cannot see that his ocean of love is incapapable of destroying anything so it’s always trying to resist a bit this awakening 55:15 Q4: The immensity of love has been deeply felt, also so much fear and the knowing that there’s nothing I can do about the fear as a separate self HH In my awakening when this terror resurged it came down to just let it be, to give it as much right to exist as anything else. To embrace anything that arose (guilt, shame, fear) and also the part of me that wanted to fix it. HH We are all so well practiced at keeping it out that we don’t know we are doing that. Is that an opening? HH: Absolutely. I hated my own body. My body reflected what I thought of it. When I began to love it, my body began to reflect my love for it.
