Victoria gave us whales, sea otters, floating homes, and the funniest finale of the cruise. Plus… Steph got pulled on stage. 🐋😂 Day 7 of our Great Bear Rainforest Cruise took us to Victoria, British Columbia, and the whole day was a mix of wildlife, rain clearing at the perfect moment, and one of the most fun evenings we’ve had on a ship. We started the morning with our Orca Spirit Adventures whale-watching tour, booked directly through Holland America. The rain stopped right as we left the dock, the seas were calm, and we watched humpback whales, seals, sea lions, and our favourite sighting of all — a sea otter making his own little kelp bed. That alone made the tour worth it. Back onboard, we found a gift on our bed: a pair of Holland America Delft tiles for mariner loyalty guests. A pleasant surprise, even if the luggage tags reminded us it was almost time to go home. In the afternoon, we took the shuttle downtown and explored Fisherman’s Wharf, the floating homes, Chinatown, and the waterfront. Victoria had that clean, peaceful feel that makes you want to move there. Steph definitely fell in love with the city. For our final evening on the Noordam, we had dinner, grabbed a needed coffee, and then watched the World Stage cast perform their 1960s “Feeling Groovy” show. The cast crushed it again. Loud, fun, and packed with nostalgia. And yes… Steph somehow ended up on stage as a volunteer dancer. No regrets. Victoria was the perfect final port. Tomorrow, we head home to our Yorkies and share our full cruise recap. If you’ve been enjoying this Great Bear Rainforest series, make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss the wrap-up. 📍 CHAPTERS 00:00 Perfect weather and excitement for whale watching 00:35 Boarding the Orca Spirit Adventures boat 02:00 Scenic ride past lighthouses and islands 03:20 First whale sighting 04:00 Seal and sea otter encounters 06:20 Race Rocks sea lion colony 08:00 Wrapping up the wildlife tour 09:00 Back onboard and Delft tile surprise 10:10 Arriving in Victoria 11:00 Shuttle into downtown 12:00 Fisherman’s Wharf and floating homes 13:00 Water taxi to Chinatown 14:10 Exploring shops and waterfront 15:20 Heading back to the ship 16:00 Dinner and coffee recharge 16:30 “Feeling Groovy” 60s show 17:30 Steph gets pulled on stage 18:20 Final thoughts on Victoria and the cruise 🧭 HASHTAGS #StephAndRickUnpacked #HollandAmerica #GreatBearRainforest #VictoriaBC #WhaleWatching #OrcaSpiritAdventures #FishermansWharf #CruiseVlog #CruiseLife #Noordam #TravelCouple #ExploreBC #SeaOtters #WorldStage #FeelingGroovy 🎯 TAG KEYWORDS Holland America Great Bear Rainforest Cruise, Great Bear Rainforest cruise 2025, Holland America Noordam, Victoria BC vlog, whale watching Victoria, Orca Spirit Adventures review, Fisherman’s Wharf Victoria, Chinatown Victoria, sea otter sightings BC, Race Rocks sea lions, Holland America Delft tiles, Victoria cruise port, Holland America World Stage 60s show, Feeling Groovy Holland America, cruise day vlog, Steph and Rick Unpacked, cruise vlog series 2025, last port day Holland America, Canada cruise itinerary
