Backbends are invigorating and adding backbends to your yoga practice can greatly enhance your physical wellbeing. This vinyasa yoga sequence is focused on the spine and we will practice both forward and back bending yoga postures to balance our flexibility with strength. Learning yoga backbends takes time so don’t rush it. Use modifications when you need to and focus on lengthening and expanding to remove compression in the lower back. This free yoga class can be done in your home. Flow through the yoga postures and feel free to pause the video anytime. In the video we will feature Floating Camel and Camel dropback.
