Hello everyone! We are back with our favorite kind of workout - a 10 min lower ab routine with only 20 exercises. This quick and fun workout will help target your lower abs and help you get rock hard abs for that summer vacation you're planning 🌊🏖️ The workout includes 20 exercises, all focused on lower abs, like leg raises, scissors, flutters, reverse crunches, planks, and more, all you need to get amazing abs. It's the perfect workout for summer! As always, take out some weights in case you want to take it up a level and sweat more. We love to switch up our workouts that way to keep it interesting! You can also add a mini band if you have one - lower abs exercises often involve using your legs as well, so keeping that tension in your ankles is a great way to make the workout harder 😜 it's only 20 exercises, you can do it!
