We celebrated my daughter’s birthday with a fun homemade pizza night, and I’m sharing my shortcut version of delicious butter chicken 🍛 (perfect for busy moms!). Later, a dear friend invited me over for a warm and relaxing tea time ,such a refreshing moment of connection and calm. ☕💬 This vlog is all about positivity, simplicity, and appreciating the little joys of life as a Pakistani mom living in beautiful Canada. I hope it brings you peace, inspiration, and a bit of motivation too! 🌿🤍 Don’t forget to like, comment & subscribe for more cozy, nordic-slow vibes ✨ Lots of love 💕 —Sabeen🫶 Makes 2 medium pizzas 📝 Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour 2 tbsp dahi (plain yogurt) 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp chilli flakes 1/2 tsp oregano( optional ) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp oil (olive or regular) 1 tsp instant yeast (or 1¼ tsp active dry yeast) 3/4 to 1 cup warm water (add slowly as needed) 👩🍳 Instructions: If using active dry yeast, mix it with warm water + sugar and let it foam for 5–10 mins. (Skip this step for instant yeast.) In a large bowl, mix: Flour + salt + garlic powder Add: Yogurt, oil, and yeast mixture (or dry yeast directly if using instant). Start adding warm water little by little and mix to form a soft dough. Knead well for 8–10 minutes until smooth and stretchy. Cover and let it rise for 1–1.5 hours in a warm place, until doubled in size. Punch it down, divide into 2 portions, shape into pizzas, add toppings, and bake at 475°F / 245°C for 12–15 mins, until golden and bubbly. ✅ Keep an eye during the last few minutes — if your oven runs hot, it might be done around 10–12 mins. 🔧 If you don’t want it too crispy: You can bake at 220°C (425°F) for 15–18 mins for a softer crust. Or pre-bake the base for 5 mins, then add toppings. #TeaTimeVlog #MomLifeVlog #NordicCozy #PositiveVibes #SlowLiving #DesiMomVlog #PakistaniFood #SimpleLiving #MotivationalVlog #CozyVibesOnly Follow me on Instagram / cookedbysabeen_ Join me on Facebook / cookedbysabeen
