Fry the chicken: • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. • Fry chicken pieces until golden then add 1 tomatopuree and cook it for 10 mins on low heat until chicken tenders . Keep aside 2. Prepare the base: • In a pot, add 1 tbsp oil, chopped onion , and garlic . • Sauté until onion is slightly transparent. • Add ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tbsp crushed black pepper, and salt to taste 🧂. 3. Add vegetables • Add chopped carrots , green bell pepper , boiled chickpeas , potato 4. Add water and spaghetti: • Pour in 1 litre boiled water . • Add a little spaghetti if desired . 5. Combine chicken and simmer: • Add the fried chicken pieces . • Check salt and adjust . • Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes until everything is tender and flavors combine. 6. Thicken with cornstarch: • Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch in a little water . • Add the mixture to the soup and stir gently. • Cook a few more minutes until the soup thickens slightly ✨. 7.
