In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. 2. Add warm milk and egg, then slowly add warm water to make a soft dough. 3. Add oil, knead until smooth, cover, and let rise for 1 hour (until doubled). ⸻ 🥔 Stuffing Ingredients: • 4 boiled potatoes (mashed) • Fresh coriander (chopped) • 1–2 green chillies (finely chopped) • ½ onion (finely chopped) • Salt & spices to taste (e.g. cumin, chilli flakes, or chaat masala – optional) 🧄 Stuffing Method: 1. Mix all stuffing ingredients together until well combined. 2. Adjust salt and spice to taste. ⸻ 🔥 Assembling & Baking: 1. Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F). 2. Divide the dough into balls. Roll one out, place potato filling in the center, and seal the edges. 3. Gently roll again into a naan shape. 4. Place on a lined baking tray, brush the top with butter or ghee. 5. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden. 6. Brush again with melted butter and serve warm with milk tea 🫖✨ 🌿 Coriander Chutney Recipe In a blender, add: • 1 cup fresh coriander (chopped) • 3–4 green chillies • 4 tbsp yogurt • Salt to taste Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust spice or yogurt to your liking.
