Thank you for being here 🤍 ✨ In This Vlog: • Aesthetic cooking • Mutter pulao (مٹر پلاو) • Cosy evening routine • Silent slow-living moments • Home + kitchen warmth 🍵 Grab a warm drink & enjoy! ✅ Baked Salmon with Potatoes — Simple Recipe Ingredients: • 500 g salmon • 4–5 medium potatoes • Olive oil • Salt, black pepper • Paprika / chilli flakes • Garlic powder / fresh garlic • Lemon juice • Mixed herbs / oregano (optional) ⸻ Instructions 1. Prep the Potatoes • Peel and slice the potatoes. • Marinate with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika/chilli, and garlic. • Bake at 200°C (390°F) for about 10-15 minutes until 50% done. 2. Marinate the Salmon • Coat salmon with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika/chilli, garlic, lemon juice, and herbs. 3. Bake Together • Add the marinated salmon to the half-baked potatoes on the same tray. • Bake again for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily. 4. Serve • Garnish with lemon or herbs and enjoy! ✅ Mutter Pulao (مٹر پلاو) — Quick Recipe Ingredients: • 2 cups sella basmati (soaked) • 2 cups frozen peas • Garlic paste • Whole spices (bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, pepper, cardamom) • Turmeric, paprika, coriander + cumin powder • Salt, oil/ghee ⸻ Method: 1. Heat oil, add whole spices + garlic. 2. Add peas + spices; sauté 1–2 mins. 3. Add soaked rice + 3–3.5 cups water. 4. Cook until water reduces, then cover on low for 15–20 mins. 5.
