In this clip from her feature length interview Coti Barrandeguy talks about her role within the Uruguayan Hockey Team, being a part of the players leadership group and developing a culture with a team. Coti (Constanza) Barrandeguy is a 24 year old hockey player for the Woodlands School Hockey Club, in Montevideo, and the Uruguayan Ladies National Team. She has been playing the sport since she was six years old, after her parents got her into it. She is now an international standard player, who has represented her country at the FIH Open Series, Pan American Games and the Youth Olympics. Coti is one of the senior members of the Uruguayan side and is a part of the leadership group amongst the players. Captain's Log is the tenth season of the Half Court Press Podcast.
