#reikisession #reikimaster Hope you guys enjoy. Throat chakra care post session: Drink water: Water is essential for throat chakra healing because it supports clear communication and helps release stuck emotions. Sip warm herbal teas like chamomile or peppermint to soothe the throat. Sing or hum softly: Singing or humming gently helps open up the throat chakra and allows any remaining tension to release. It doesn’t need to be loud or perfect—just letting the vibrations flow through you. Pace yourself: After a deep healing, your voice may feel lighter or more clear, but it might also feel vulnerable or raw. Practice speaking slowly and mindfully to help your words come out with intention. When we speak too quickly, it can sometimes be a sign of nervousness or fear of being misunderstood. Allow yourself to pause between sentences and breathe. Check your tone: Pay attention to the tone you’re using. Is it calm? Is it clear? Being aware of your tone helps you communicate more effectively, especially after releasing trauma that might have been blocking your true voice. Practice Speaking Your Truth -Honest communication: One of the key goals of throat chakra healing is to be able to speak your truth. You can practice by expressing your thoughts and feelings, even in small, everyday situations. Speak honestly with friends, family, or even yourself, without fear of judgment. -Start small: If you’re nervous about using your voice more, begin by sharing your thoughts with trusted people. Let them know how you’re feeling about the changes you’re going through and use those conversations as practice. Affirmative Speaking -Affirm your voice: Instead of focusing on what might be difficult to say, focus on what you can say. For example, use positive affirmations in your conversations like, ‘I deserve to be heard,’ or ‘My voice is valuable.’ Repeating these phrases can strengthen your confidence and encourage you to speak more openly. -Encourage others: Sometimes, supporting others’ voices helps activate your own. Encourage your friends or family to speak their truth as well. This can help create a supportive space for everyone to communicate openly. Record and Listen to Yourself -Record your voice: Sometimes we don’t realize how we sound until we hear it. You can record yourself talking, reading a poem, or simply having a conversation. When you listen to it, ask yourself if you feel good about how you communicated. This can help build self-awareness and confidence about how you use your voice. -Notice your emotions: Pay attention to how your voice feels when you’re talking. Do you feel any resistance or discomfort in your throat? Does your voice sound shaky or confident? Becoming aware of how your voice expresses your emotions can guide you toward more conscious expression.
