We Weren't Expecting to See THIS in Romania: Libearty Bear Sanctuary

Bats, Bears, Castles and Revolutions in Romania Part 2 This week, my `Romania travel` takes me to the famous Bran Castle in `Bran Romania`! This `travel vlog` captures the excitement of visiting one of the most iconic `Romanian castles`, where I had an unexpected encounter with a `real actor`. Come along for the adventure and see all the unique moments from this incredible trip! This week after another brief encounter with Serghei Mizil ‪@smizil‬ at Bram Castle, we head off in search of the elusive Horseshoe Bat or Rhinolophus in the deep caves of the Transylvanian Mountains. Then it's up to the highest village for a brief visit to Fundata to enjoy the views, or maybe not in the case. We stumble upon an old Soviet relic of a building which clearly had an interesting past including a Hotel, Spa and even and Orphanage. The famous classic castles of Pelisor and Peles where we are very lucky to stay in a spectacular little place a stones throw away. It's then on the the highlight of the day, the Libearty Bear Sanctuary high in the hills of the Carpathian Mountains, where dozens of rescued and homeless Brown Bears live a peaceful and happy life after living in difficult conditions in their earlier years.
