In 2019, this region is in the midst of a severe drought. Join as we fly to the safari lodge airstrips, and view the Okavango Delta from above. In this episode : We visit Xaranna, Chiefs Island and Cement, before returning back to the Maun International Airport. With Botswana's large concentrations of birds and animals, this area is perhaps one of the best places to view animals and birds in Africa. It is one of Africa's last remaining great wildlife habitat and provides refuge to huge concentrations of wildlife.
