Most remotely situation, and the largest game reserve in Southern Africa, Central Kalahari Game Reserve, is also the second largest wildlife reserve in the world, encompassing 52,800 sq. km. In this episode : Central Kalahari Game Reserve, and Veterinary fences to protect the beef production Edge of the Delta - Khwai River. Follow along, as I explore the Okavango Delta, by bush plane, riding along with Ian Chamberlain, a pilot for MackAir. In 2019, this region is in the midst of a severe drought. Join as we fly to the safari lodge airstrips, and view the Okavango Delta from above. With Botswana's large concentrations of birds and animals, this area is perhaps one of the best places to view animals and birds in Africa.
