Savarin, Delicious Savarin with Fruits Recipe: Ingredients: 4 Large Eggs Room Temperature 2.1 oz/60g Sugar 0.4 oz/12g Dry Yeast 200 mL Water Room Temperature 14.1 oz/400g Sifted Flour 0.2 oz/6g Salt 2.1 oz/60g Melted Butter Steps: 1-In a mixer bowl beat the eggs 2-Add sugar and dry yeast 3-Add water and flour 4-Mix on low and add salt and melted butter 5-Gradually Increase the speed to medium 6-Mix until the dough becomes elastic and smooth 7-Let it rest in the mixer until it doubles in volume 8-Punch down the dough with a spoon 9-Pour it in a greased bundt pan 10-Let it proof for 30 minutes 11-Bake at 410 F°/210C° for 30 minutes 12-Let it cool until you prepare the syrup Syrup: Ingredients: 400 mL Water 7.1 oz/200g Sugar 1 Slice of Orange 1 Cinnamon Stick Steps: 1-In a saucepan place water and sugar 2-When the sugar dissolves add the slice of orange and the cinnamon stick 3-Bring it to boil 4-Pour the syrup onto the cake and let it absorb completely 5-Garnish with whipped cream and fruit By following the step by step instructions of the recipes you should be able to succeed.
