Counting from the skies: an aerial census was recently conducted in MaputoNationalPark, Zinave National Park, Banhine National Park and Limpopo National Park to determine their wildlife population. Early estimates indicate large growth and an improved distribution of key species. Observers manually count each animal they see from a plane or helicopter, fighting against potential #airsickness.
