Cover and refrigerate for 2–4 hours (or overnight). 2️⃣ Prepare the Coating In a separate bowl, whisk together all dry coating ingredients. Add 2–3 tablespoons of the marinade into the flour mixture and mix with a fork until crumbly. 3️⃣ Bread the Chicken Remove tenders from marinade, letting excess drip off. Coat each piece thoroughly in the dry mixture. Place on a wire rack and let rest 10–12 minutes (this step is key for crispiness). 4️⃣ Fry Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry tenders in batches for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel–lined tray. 5️⃣ Make the Orange Glaze In a saucepan over medium heat: 1. Melt butter. 2.
