This recipe is soft, fluffy, full of veggies, and perfect for breakfast, snack time, or lunchbox. Ingredients Gram flour – 1&1/2 cups Curd – 2/3 cup Water – as needed Carrot (grated) – 1 Capsicum (chopped) – 1 Onion (chopped) – 1 Green chilies (chopped) – 2 Coriander (chopped) – as needed Salt – to taste Turmeric – 1/4 tsp Refined oil – 1 tbsp Baking powder – 1 tbsp Baking soda – 1 pinch Prep time – 10 minutes Cook time – 10 minutes Total time – 20 minutes Servings – 3 to 4 Type – Steamed snack / Healthy breakfast Method In a bowl, add gram flour, curd, and some water. Mix to form a smooth paste. Add grated carrot, chopped capsicum, onion, green chilies, and coriander. Add salt, turmeric, and mix well. Add refined oil and stir. Add baking powder and baking soda. Add a little more water if needed and mix again. Grease small bowls (katori) with oil. Do not overfill the batter to avoid raw center. Steam for 8–10 minutes on medium flame. Let it cool slightly before serving.
