Singapore Airlines Book the Cook in Business class! On this flight (SQ 318, Singapore to London), I booked the cook, and tried the Black Cod Fillet A La Nicoise for the first time. This main course was awesome! On the plane, I find fish to be easier to digest. On the SQ Book the Cook page, this dish is described as follows: Seared Black Cod Fillet 'à la Niçoise' With haricot vert, olives, kalamata olives, cherry tomato and anchovy butter. Designed by Singapore Airlines International Culinary Panel Chef Suzanne Goin The dish came with a very decent-sized portion of Black Cod (white fish) which was wonderfully cook. It was moist and tender, and delicious with a glass of white wine. There were also some potatoes and greens. Good meal!
