Can be stored for days in air tight container, and mostly packed as a snack during long travels. In this video, I have shown how to prepare in 2 different ways. Paratha style for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and Gujarathi Thepla style for tea time or travel snack. Ingredients: 228g (1.5cup) Whole wheat flour ( Atta) 50g (0.5cup) Gram flour (Besan) 50g (approx.)
