just look at the endorphin rush!! i loved this challenge and would highly recommend it to you. the distance doesn’t matter, it’s all about getting outside, running everyday and doing something that challenges you. i really enjoyed running each day, loved having it in my schedule and i ended up looking forward to running as the challenge progressed. since the challenge has ended, i’m trying to keep up running consistently. but i can tell you that i’m running distances faster than i ever have, which is brilliant. i hope you find this video inspiring on some level and i hope it inspires you to try something new. just editing this made me want to go for a run (maybe that’s just me lol) so i went out and did a little 3km in 14:41 (told you i’m getting speeeedy). let me know if you like the fitness content. i just want to make videos i’m interested in that can offer some insights, advice and motivation in some way. hope you like it.
