We easily lost so much weight and got healthy so quickly and you can too! 🌱 Ingredients for salad: Your fav green leafy veg of choice Cucumbers Snap peas Green onions Mushrooms Chopped beets Tomatoes Peppers Fried brussels on top Salt & Pepper Pumpkin seeds Feel free to add any of your favourite veggies. Salad dressing ingredients to blend together: ½ cup tahini 3 Tbsp nooch (nutritional yeast) 1 Tbsp maple syrup 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar ¼ cup pickled beets 2-3 Tbsp water if salad dressing is too thick *Note - if using canned beets you may want to add another Tbsp of maple syrup to sweeten it a bit more. Blend all salad dressing ingredients together and enjoy over top of this beautiful, nutritious salad! You can top with hemp seeds or any fav seeds of your choice. You can also add fresh or dried fruit such as dried cranberries which are great as well!
