Saturday 29th May saw LSL's unique Blue Pullman liveried HST set making its first foray into the South West, with the 'Cornish Coastal Pullman' railtour from Eastleigh to Penzance and back. The tour is first seen in the claggy morning conditions near Shrivenham, with 43055 leading the charge as they pass the site of Ashbury Crossing. Moving forward nearly 14 hours, 43046 'Geoff Drury 1930 - 1999' is now at the helm, as the tour is captured at Bourton on the return run, around 5 minutes after sunset. A massive cloud bank had denied me any post sunset light, but at least we get a tasty little bit of noise from the powercars' Paxman VP185 engines. Filmed on a Panasonic HC-X1500 with an Audio-Technica BP4025 microphone. Remember to like, comment, subscribe, and click the notification bell, so you never miss a video; it really does help a lot! Thank you and I hope you enjoy the video. Facebook: / speedtothewest Twitter: / speedtothewest
