Just wrapped up another good training session, and this week was an interesting one for pain management. On Monday, I definitely overdid it with overhead press and ended up giving myself some lower back and oblique spasms, probably from doing way too many sets without having my core, lower back, and obliques where they need to be. I still went to the gym on Wednesday and Thursday but didn’t record anything because all I really did was rotate between the hot tub, pool, and sauna for about 30 minutes at a time. That heat exposure actually helped a lot, and by Friday the spasms were mostly gone. Today’s session was all about easing back in, so I stuck to machines with chest press and seated rows, added some sled work, and finished with cable curls. The goal was just to get a pump, get blood flowing, and relax the body without overdoing it. nothing crazy today, just enough stimulus to feel good and keep the habit going. #strengthtraining #gymvlog #fitnessjourney #heavylifting #naturalstrengthtraining
