Skiwelt 2026 - Blue 6a, Filzbodenbahn to Jochbahn

22nd February 2026, 13:00 The Filzbodenbahn chair finishes at same place as the Zinsbergbahn combi lift. Heading back down between these lifts we start on Blue 3/6a, But as we pass under the combi lift at 00:30 we are then on Blue 6a itself. AT this point it's a nice wide and fairly shallow slope. At 1:00 we come to a busy intersection with skiers coming down on Blue 2a while we are heading across this piste to carry on down so a bit of care required, not too bad today but can be really busy here. Passing the Holzalm restuarant on the left we continue down the Blue 6a. which is still very wide and shallow. At 1:45 Red 6 joins from the left however it carries on straight ahead at this point while I head down to the right on the Blue. The run continues in a fairly straight direction and at a reasonable pitch until 3:45 where you need to keep right to stay on the Blue, otherwise the next section is a bit steeper. This detour rejoins the main piste at 4:55 having cut out what is usually quite an unpleasant steep and bumpy route. Passing the restaurant at the right you can just see the board marking the Red 1b down into Brixen (see next video for that    • Skiwelt 2026 - Brixen descent from Jochbahn  ). A final short, steep section takes us down to the chair.
