The story follows fugitive brothers Seth and Richie Gecko, played by George Clooney and Quentin Tarantino, as they flee to Mexico after a violent crime spree. Along the way, they take a former pastor, Jacob Fuller, played by Harvey Keitel, and his two children hostage to use their RV as a means of crossing the border. They arrive at a seedy biker bar called the Titty Twister, where they plan to meet their contact, only to discover that the bar is a feeding ground for vampires.
