HOW TO COOK: Coffee Pork Ribs 如何煮: 咖啡排骨 Visit Our Store: https://ahkingkitchen.myspreadshop.com SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/2UsklOG 請支持這頻道Support this channel: http://paypal.me/amazingchannel Website: https://www.ahkingkitchen.com Facebook: / ahkingkitchen 咖啡排骨 Coffee Pork Ribs 材料有 豬肉排一條, 即溶咖啡粉兩大匙羹, 薑, 蒜頭, 青蔥, 芝麻, 辣椒片Ingredients include pork ribs, two tablespoons of instant coffee powder, ginger, garlic, shallots, sesame seeds, chili flakes 首先用豆粉把肉排表面擦乾淨First wipe the surface of the ribs with soy flour/corn flour 再用清水沖洗兩三次Rinse with water two or three times 用紙巾把豬肉排抹乾Wipe the pork chops dry with paper towels 再切成條狀的排骨Cut into strips of ribs 兩匙羹即溶咖啡粉, 加四匙羹熱水Two spoons of instant coffee powder, plus four spoons of hot water 選用你喜愛的咖啡Choose your favorite coffee 調味料方面 用兩匙羹豉油, 一匙羹蠔油, 兩匙羹陳醋, 兩匙羹味淋, 五至六匙羹清水For the seasoning, use two spoons of soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce, two spoons of balsamic vinegar, two spoons of mirin, and five to six spoons of water. 用兩片薑, 把排骨灼水 Put 2 slices of Ginger into the pot and blanch with Pork ribs 加兩匙羹紹興酒Add two spoons of Shaoxing wine 把排骨撈起Pick up the ribs 用半杯清水, 加四匙羹糖Use half a cup of water, add 4 tablespoons of sugar 慢慢煮成糖漿Slowly boil into syrup 慢慢煮, 直至看見有很多氣泡出現Cook slowly until you see a lot of bubbles appear 就可以加入排骨You can add ribs 糖漿就會黏在排骨表面The syrup will stick to the ribs 會令排骨更加香脆Will make the ribs more crispy 當排骨開始變黃色, 就加入薑和蒜蓉When the ribs start to turn yellow, add ginger and garlic 再加入先前已經準備的調味料Then add the seasoning prepared earlier 加入咖啡Add coffee 用中火, 慢慢煮Cook slowly over medium heat 直至大部份水份已經蒸發Until most of the water has evaporated 肉和骨開始分開, 表示已經煮熟Meat and bone begin to separate, indicating that they are cooked 如果你喜歡吃辣, 可以加入辣椒片If you like spicy food, you can add chili flakes 放上碟以後, 可以加一些芝麻After putting on the plate, you can add some sesame seeds 香濃咖啡!
