I Don’t Talk Much… But I Ran a PB - RunThrough Middlesbrough Half Marathon 2026

Back at it for the RunThrough Middlesbrough Half Marathon and what a day it turned out to be! The course is pretty flat overall, with a few slight uphill sections to keep you honest. Weather-wise it was decent — a bit cold on the start line and a tad windy when heading through the industrial estate near Middlesbrough Port… but nothing too wild. As always, I recorded snippets of the route so you can get a feel for what the course is like and the running community around it. This is the awkward part… I don’t really talk much on camera — so it’s more “in the moment” clips rather than full commentary. Hopefully it still gives a proper sense of race day vibes! Big one today though… smashed a new Half Marathon PB by a canny few minutes. Absolutely buzzing with that. Everything just seemed to click. Now it’s time for some recovery, refuel properly, and look ahead to the next event. The journey continues.
