Trails in southeastern Pennsylvania are still iced over, not ideal for trail running, so in this video I take to the Pennsylvania backroads. Come run 8 miles with me at sunrise, along the way I get honked at by passing vehicles, say hi to the "neigh"bors, get a boost of motivation from my local neighborhood pizzeria, and run from the headless horseman.
