Line baking tray. In a bowl, beat butter, ghee & powdered sugar until smooth and creamy (1–2 min). Sift together atta, custard powder, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt & cardamom. Add dry ingredients to fat mixture and bring together into a soft dough. Roll to 5–6 mm thickness, cut with round cutter. Place on tray, Bake at 160°C for 15–17 minutes until edges turn light golden.
