I provide what I think to be a little more of a nitty gritty set of advice that goes beyond what a Google search would yield or what you'd find in a simple startup calculator. Today's video runs a bit long, but the most important piece of advice is to: not sell away your life's work without properly knowing you'll make a life-changing amount of money (hedging for risk) allow for flexibility in how you work with others so that you have no fear or ambiguity about how you are going to be rewarded for your risk, but balanced with a good education on corporate structure incorporate board meetings and vesting schedules to build a model of KPI's for the business that over time will serve your investor relations function well #cofounders #equity #startups
