Drain the Water and Filter the Florets. Keep the Cauliflower on a Dry Cotton Towel and Remove All the Excess Water. Make a Powder of These Florets in a Blender or Grater. Try to Remove Maximum Water Content From the Cauliflower. Take a Bowl for Mixing the Dough. Add the Crushed Cauliflower Paste. To This Add One Egg,badam Powder,flaxseed-sesame Powder,salt,pepper,coriander Leaves and Grated Cheese. Mix Well and Make Like a Dough. Keep This Mixture in Fridge for Half an Hour. After Half an Hour Take a Small Portion of This Dough. Take a Tawa Apply Ghee and Spread the Dough Like Roti on It. After Spreading Heat the Tawa. Sprinkle Some Dry Chilli Flakes. Cook It on Medium Flame for 3 Minutes. Turn the Otherside Also and Cook. Yummy Diet Cauliflower Roti Is Ready to Serve.
