Betty demonstrates how to make 4 Ingredient Biscuits for Mother's Day dinner. These biscuits are flavorful and so easy to make! 4-Ingredient Biscuits 4 cups Bisquick (You may use 4 cups of Multi-Purpose Baking Mix from Betty's Kitchen.) 1 cup sour cream 8 ounces 7-UP (You may use any clear or light-colored carbonated beverage.) ½ stick butter, melted In a large bowl, place Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up. Mix with a spoon, just until a soft dough forms. Place dough on a floured surface and knead until dough is no longer sticky. While kneading, use some extra Bisquick or flour as desired, because dough will be very sticky at the beginning. Place kneaded dough on lightly floured surface and roll to 3/4-inch thickness. Place one-half of melted butter in 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan. Cut biscuits with desired size biscuit cutter and place cut biscuits in buttered pan. Bake at 425 degrees (F) until golden brown on top. The time will vary, depending on the size of biscuit cutter used. Remove biscuits from oven and brush with the remaining melted butter. Transfer biscuits to a nice serving plate. Serve immediately. These are so, so, good!
