Hello Friends! I hope you all enjoy this video where I try these core sliders or gliding discs I see fitspos using all the time. I was pleasantly (painfully) surprised at how hard these were. THEY ARE NO JOKE. Below is a list of all the exercises I try in the video. My best advice is to engage your core by drawing the naval back into your spine, and compress into your rib cage. Engage your abs and avoid getting an arch in the lower back. I know my form isn’t perfect in this video, but I CANNOT WAIT to incorporate these more into my workouts. So much to do with this cheap piece of equipment. You can always improvise with paper plates, frisbees, or even washcloths if you’re on a hard floor surface. Pistol Squat (6 reps each side) 2. Side Lunge (15 each side) 2. Hamstring curl (12) 3. Curtsey Lunge (10 each side) Upper Body: 20 REPS OF EACH MOVEMENT FOR TIME Feel free to rotate through movements as needed, rest as needed 1. Bodyweight Push Up 2. Archers Push Up 3.
