Grandma's Green Bean Slop Ingredients: 1lb 85/15 Ground Beef 1/2 Chopped Onion 1 Can Green Beans drained (French or Cut) 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes and Green Chilies 1 1/2 can Tomato Sauce 1 Packet Taco Seasoning Directions: In a skillet, on medium heat, brown up ground beef and add onion. When cooked completely, drain and add 1 can of green beans. Add the rest of the ingredients cover with a lid and let simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat and it's ready. Add it to the top of lettuce for a taco salad, put it on chips for nachos or just eat it with tortillas. Add Cheese and Sour cream as toppings. That's it! Easy dinner.
